(a) Purchase of Gift Cards

Please note that we currently do not offer electronic gift cards; we provide a physical card only that must be shipped to a recipient or picked up onsite. AGO gift cards may be purchased here.  

(b) Credit Card Charges

We accept the following credit cards:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express

Your credit card will be charged when you place an order online. In the case of any stocked out item, you will be contacted by a shop.ago.ca representative for a reorder or refund of the item.

(c) Confirmation of Order

You will receive an e-mail conformation of your order. Please note the Confirmation/Transaction Number for purposes of order tracking.

(d) Order Cancellation

Order cancellation will be accepted via email within 24 hours of initial placement of order.

(e) Delivery and Shipping Policy

rental.ago.ca uses fine art delivery services to most destinations within Canada, the U.S. and some international locations, unless otherwise indicated by an Art Rental associate. 

(f) Sales Taxes, Customs and Duty

Sales taxes are applied during checkout based on the destination of your order. Sales taxes are charged on Canadian shipping addresses by province; all customs and duties charges are the responsibility of the receiver according to the applicable laws of your country.  Customs and duty charges will be billed separately by the shipping carrier.

(g) Returns

Delivered artwork is not eligible for return.
